The location was perfect for exploring the residential area, with restaurants offering good prices for tourists from developed European countries. It was right next to the Alexander Teodorof metro station, making it convenient for getting around.

The check-in process was smooth and the location is incredible, with fairly quiet and luxurious rooms boasting comfortable beds and a nice breakfast, plus the staff is accommodating and amazingly nice towards all guests.

Pleasant Stay with Excellent Food and Service

I had a great experience at the hotel with the best food, service, and facilities. The staff was courteous, cute, and English-speaking. The location is perfect as it is situated in a quiet area but still close to everything, including a big supermarket. The transport system is efficient, and the hotel offers exclusive airport transfers at reasonable rates. The breakfast was appetizing, and the hotel facilities, especially the parking, are very convenient.

Christmas at this hotel was a nice experience. The rooms were cozy and clean. The hotel's location was great, as it was near all the main attractions and restaurants in town. I loved that they offered free Wi-Fi, which helped me stay connected with my loved ones while I was away.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no Christmas decoration at all in the hotel. the breakfast they offered was not that great, as they had limited options.

Great restaurant and friendly staff - had some amazing dishes! The location was convenient - close to an underground station and easy to find. Plus, being near a park and a mountain was a nice bonus. 🌳
